1. Do I need any
type of special equipment?
No, all you need is a computer with Internet access
to use SendUs.org. The only software you need is Internet
Explorer 5.5+ and Windows Media Player 9+, which are
standard with most computers running Windows. If you
need them, you can download both of these from Microsoft's
web site.
2. Where do I need to send my cassette tape
and picture?
Send all material to:

Please include your name and SendUs.org user name
in the envelope.
3. Can I pay with a check?
Yes, you may pay with a check or money order,
but we do ask that you pay in three month increments.
Thus initially, a basic account will be $39.85 ($25.00
setup fee + $4.95 *3) Send your check to

4. If I need to update my audio presentation
or my picture, may I?
Yes, if changes occur and you must update your
photograph or audio presentation, you may. There is
a $15.00 processing fee for updating your audio presentation
and a $10.00 processing fee for updating your photograph.
To notify us that you wish to update your presentation
or photograph please login to the SendUs.org Site
Administrator and click the appropriate graphic at
the bottom of the page.
5. Will you send my cassette tape and picture
back to me?
SendUs.org will return your information to you
if you request it and include your mailing address.
There is a $4.00 fee for shipping and processing any
return request. If a request is not made within one
week (7 days) from the day that the information is
posted on the web site, it will no longer be returned.
6. I need a complete web site built. Can
you help me?
SendUs.org is built and managed by Integrity Design
and Coding. Integrity is a web site design business
that is experienced in building custom web sites.

7. How long will it take for my information
to be posted to the web site?
It should take about 2-3 days for your audio presentation
and photo gallery to be posted to the web site after
we have received it. An e-mail will be sent to you
as soon as it has been posted.
8. If I decide that I want to upgrade from
a Basic to a Plus membership, how will I do this?
If you wish to upgrade to a Plus membership, login
to the SendUs.org Site Administrator, click the appropriate
graphic at the bottom of the page. and fill out the
form. There is no setup charge for upgrading your
site. At the beginning of the next month, you will
be charged $9.95 monthly.
9. Can I e-mail you my family photograph?
Yes, you may e-mail us your photograph if you
wish. E-mail the photograph to support@sendus.org.
10. On the signup form, there is no place
for information about my spouse and children. How
do I put that in?
After you have registered for SendUs.org, you
will receive an e-mail containing your login information.
Login to the SendUs.org Site Administrator and click
the "Modify User Information" button at
the top of the screen. On this page you will be able
to put in additional information about your family
and ministry.
11. Is there a long-term contract??
There are no long-term contracts to bind you to. If you wish, you may cancel
at any time. However, no refunds will be made. If you wish to reactivate your account, there is a
$15.00 reactivation fee. If you do not choose to reactivate your account within one year after cancellation,
you must pay the $25.00 setup fee again and provide the requested audio presentation and photo.
